He watched the workshop come to life and never left. Every panel that leaves Barberino has passed through his hands — and he already knows, before measuring, if something is not right. He coordinates production with the method of someone who knows every phase from the inside, and intercepts problems before anyone else notices them.
Head of Administration
Italian-Swiss, she has the precision of numbers and the curiosity of someone who has lived in different places. She manages supplier relations, material logistics and the processes that allow the workshop to operate without interruption. She is the one who ensures every project respects its timelines and promises.
Craftsman & Creative
He works wood, holds a camera with the same ease with which he edits a video. In the workshop he handles carpentry and set-ups; outside, he documents the work with an eye that is not a technician's. Empathetic and curious — the kind of person who adapts before you even ask him to.
Sales & Marine Biologist
A rare combination: she sells with the same expertise with which she designs. A graduate in marine biology, she is the first point of contact for clients seeking a marine aquarium and the scientific voice that certifies every species choice. When she enters a project, she brings precise data on species, compatibility and biological cycles — every choice has a scientific reason behind it.
3D Design & Special Projects
He translates ideas into volumes before they become glass. He manages the three-dimensional design of every installation and steps in on special projects and the most complex commissions — those where technical detail makes the difference between a good result and a precise one.
